President Obama is expected to sign the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009—best known as the stimulus package—on Tuesday during a visit to Colorado. The House and Senate worked out their differences on the $787 billion bill Friday, and today the Center for American Progress has the best summary we've seen of the environmental provisions of the bill in its final form.
